Seaterra proudly opened the gates of their Esentepe Site to the 88 excited new home owners on schedule in November 2006. The project, which was sold out on completion has proved incredibly popular as the first complex of its kind to be developed in North Cyprus. 
 
Donaghy & Beyler Property Management are proud to have successfully tendered for, and won the Site Management of Seaterra Esentepe starting 1st December 2008. D&B will be based on site to ensure the complex retains the standards in place from inception through the years to come and ensure continuous communication with homeowners. Rental and property management services are also available via Donaghy & Beyler, allowing apartments owners to make the most out of their investment whilst they are not using them personally.

The aim of this website is twofold, one is for homeowners to share, via the forum, information on experiences they have had on their holidays i.e. good restaurants, beaches, entertainment, etc., and additionally  to advertise any unwanted items they would like to sell or alternatively donate to one of the many charities in Northern Cyprus.

The second aim is to keep each and every homeowner updated on their Communal Site and facilities via the Newsletter section. When any major works are carried out we will post pictures so progress may be monitored. We will notify you of any changes in laws and general information that may be useful.

SeaTerra Esentepe has already developed a real sense of community and now have an elected committee to ensure all decisions are with the blessing of all homeowners. We are confident the owners of Seaterra Esentepe have many happy years here.
